Returns and exchanges
It's easy to return and exchange products purchased from Móri.Returns are free at our store at Nýbýlavegur 10, and we'll help you with a smile.
Right to cancel online purchases – 14 days
You can cancel your purchase in the online store within 14 days from the date you received the product, without stating a reason, in accordance with Act No. 16/2016 on consumer contracts.
- Let us know within the deadline at mori@mori.is or by phone at 537-5400.
- Return the product to our store or send it to Móri, Nýbýlavegur 10, 200 Kópavogur, within 14 days of notification. A receipt or order number must be included.
- The cost of sending the product back is paid by the buyer. Returns to the store are free.
- We will refund the product within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the original shipping cost (cheapest shipping method). The refund may be delayed until the product has been received by us.
- The buyer is responsible for any depreciation if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to examine it.
Exception
The right to cancel a purchase does not apply to sealed products, such as food, treats and supplements, if the seal or packaging has been broken after delivery (for health and hygiene reasons).
Exchanges
Unused products in original and sellable packaging may be exchanged for another product or you can receive store credit within 14 days of purchase, upon presentation of a receipt. Móri reserves the right to refuse exchanges if these conditions are not met.
Defective or wrong product
If a product is defective or you received the wrong product, we cover all costs, including return shipping. Contact us at mori@mori.is or visit us at Nýbýlavegur 10 and we'll find a solution: a new product, another product or a refund. Defects are governed by Act No. 48/2003 on consumer purchases.
