Terms and Conditions
Móri sells quality products for dogs and cats. The store is located at Nýbýlavegur 10 in Kópavogur, and online at www.mori.is.
You choose a product, add it to your cart, select a payment method, and the order is processed as soon as payment is received. You will then receive a receipt for your purchase via email, and a contract is established between you and Móri.is.
If a product is out of stock, we will contact you immediately and offer you another product or a full refund.
Delivery
Orders are picked up at Móri's store at Nýbýlavegur 10 or sent via Dropp or Flytjandi and are shipped on all business days. Shipping cost depends on the delivery method and is free if you shop for 15,000 kr. or more. Price list and delivery time can be seen on the pageDelivery.

Price
All prices in the online store include 24% value-added tax (VAT). Please note that prices in the online store may change without notice due to incorrect pricing information or printing errors.
Payment methods
At Móri.is, you can pay with a credit card or with Netgíró.
You can pay with credit cards from Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard through a secure payment gateway from Borgun in Iceland.
Right to cancel purchases and returns
You can cancel a purchase in the online store within 14 days of delivery, cf. Act No. 16/2016 on consumer contracts. The product is refunded within 14 days, and the original shipping cost is also refunded if the entire order is returned.
The cost of return shipping is paid by you. Returns are free at Móri's store at Nýbýlavegur 10, 200 Kópavogur.
The right to cancel purchases does not apply to sealed products (e.g., food, treats, and supplements) if the seal has been broken after delivery.
If a product is defective or incorrect, Móri bears the cost of return shipping. Defects are governed by Act No. 48/2003 on consumer purchases. More information on the pageReturned and exchanged.

Text, graphics, logos, images, and all content on www.mori.is are the property of Lundhaven ehf., and all copying and redistribution are prohibited without written permission from Lundhaven ehf.
Confidentiality
The seller promises you full confidentiality regarding all information you provide in connection with the transaction. Information will under no circumstances be provided to third parties.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises regarding it, it shall be brought before Icelandic courts.
