ACME always maintains its tone and doesn't change sound despite different weather conditions, thanks to the lightweight plastic (BPA free). ACME 211.5 has a frequency of 5700 Hz, so your dog should be able to hear the whistle up to 1.5km away. However, weather and wind affect how far the sound travels, though the tone remains the same.
